What service do you offer?

We offer a unique service to those wishing for their own online store, but don't have the experience or technical skills to do it themselves. We are unique because we do EVERYTHING for you. We understand that the vast majority of clients who want an online store are not techies, but they want a store that is good looking, easy to use, secure, professional and unique.

Who sets up the store?

We set up everything! As we say: we make the store, you make the money.

Who runs the store?

You have two options. After the store is set up, we can run it for you - in which case we take complete accountability for the store, while you stock and ship your inventory when it sells. Alternatively, we offer a service where we can show you how to run the store yourself.

What will my store look like?

Your store will look professional and beautiful! Furthermore we can add or design your graphics and logos to make it uniquely yours.

Do you charge commission from the products I sell?

No! We don't believe in taking any of your profits.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely! Security is our top priority. Your store and data are protected with the same military-grade security and encryption that the big banks use.

Do I need my own domain name to get started?

No. You can provide us a domain name or we can purchase one for you.

Which payment methods will my store accept?

All commonly accepted payment methods including all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, Bank Transfers, UPS, USPS, BPay and FedEx. We even support your store having Cash on Delivery, Cheques and Over the Phone payments.

How do I get paid?

We pay into the account of your choice.

How do customers access my store?

Using all common web browsers such as Internet explorer, FireFox and Chrome. They can also use devices such as the iPhone, iPad and others.

Will my online store be available all around the world?

Yes! But you can choose which countries and regions you ship to.

Do you support multiple currencies?

Your online store can be configured to support any currency, with currency conversion done in real time.

How do I get notified that I have made a sale?

We will email you the same day a sale is made. The email will include the purchase details as well as the customer’s name and address, and what they paid.

What plans do you offer?

We offer four different plans: Starter, Basic, Professional and Enterprise which is the best of the best. Our features are explained in the features page and you can see how the plans are structured in the plans page.

Can I upgrade plans?

You can upgrade at any time.

How much will I be charged?

As a guideline, the cost of setting up a complete Starter store will be a once-only fee in the order of $1,000 to $1,500. A Basic, Professional or Enterprise level store will cost more, noting that significantly more products, design and configuration are involved.

As a comparison, if you set up all the infrastructure yourself and hired graphic designers, online security experts, developers and testers to build your online store from scratch, you would be looking in the order of hundreds of thousands of dollars minimum (we've managed large projects for companies who have tried just this approach, so we know). With us, you pay a tiny fraction of this - and get more features, design and security than you could ever dream of.

Am I locked in?

No. Once the store is set up, fees are paid on a monthly basis. If you wish to stop at any time, you are free to do so.
